TASK - strategies for memory improvement
These two PowerPoints could help you with information on your leaflet. Startegies for memory imporvment / forgetting. Only use the information that will be useful.
TASK – Cognitive Psychology (12.4 due P5 Thurs / 12.5 due P5 Tuesday)Make information leaflets on Strategies for memory improvement. Include the following:
Mnemonic Techniques – Verbal Mnemonic / Visual imagery mnemonics
Method of Loci
Key Terms – Acronym / Acrostic / Rhymes / Chunking
EVALUATION - including dual coding hypothesis.
Use publisher to create your leaflet. Printed out and ready to hand in at start of lesson.
